Plyo Pyramid Set (Pace Me)
10 x Single Leg Burpee (5 on each side
20 x Jump Squats
30 x Sprinter Knees
40 x Seal Jax
50 x Mountain Climbers
40 x Jumping Jax
30 x Plank Jax
20 x Skater Jumps
10 x Burpees
HIIT PLYO CIRCUIT ;-) @ 3 rounds
30 sec Split Lunge
60 sec Lunge
10 sec rest
30 sec Squat Jumps
60 sec Squat Hold
10 sec Rest
30 sec Plank jax
60 sec plank
