Many have asked me to do something like this for several years and until recently I didn't have the set up to do it. With some recent changes to Facebook adding a live video stream I am now able to make this happen and then uploading to my YouTube.
So here is how it will benefit you.
Each workout will focus on different muscle groups and you will be able to decide by each title if it is a workout for you. I am certified in a dozen styles of training but these workout will be based around Body weight movements and a light set of Dumbbells. You can expect each workout to be high energy, fast paced and in a follow along format. If you are wanting to lose weight, tone up and build up your cardio these workouts will benefit you.
Here is how it benefits me. If you know me you know I have always had huge fitness goals and achieved most of them. Ultra Marathons, 24 Hour races, Mountain Bike Racing, Iron Mans, 6 hours of burpees (2,400 to be exact) and a plethora of other challenges.
My two big fitness goals coming up in 2017 and 2018 are to complete a summit attempt for Mt. Rainier and Mt. Everest. These goals are forcing me to take my fitness to a whole new level. I will be training in multiple ways but for these workouts I will be doing them myself to help build conditioning I will also be talking through the workout to keep all of you motivated and going. This in turn helps me build a faster endurance and lung capacity.
More details:
•Workouts will be broadcasted live @4:30am except Saturday on my Facebook channel.
•Each workout will stay live for 24 hours on Facebook and then moved over to YouTube
•workouts will never be longer than 30 minutes
•modifications will be explained during each workout so if your a beginner you will be able to follow along
•FACEBOOK--Workouts will be posted every MONDAY/WEDNESDAY/FRIDAY 4:30am
SATURDAYS 7:00am (only 3 Saturday's a month)
•YOUTUBE--Workouts will be posted every TUESDAY/THURSDAY/SATURDAY/SUNDAY
•Workouts Titles and description will be posted under each video.
