My HIIT cardio is a fast paced body weight exercise that will get your metabolism kicked into over drive. Raising your heart rate while building your endurance and cardio. Combine that with a slower paced resistant body weight exercise. You now get the toned muscles faster, reaching your goals faster. Your body will burn a large amount of fat during and after our HIIT cardio workouts. This is what I call an AfterBurn effect.
