Everyone needs to keep an open mind until all the facts are in. It's beginning to sound like a Ryan Lochte fabricated gun story. Did Baylee Curran really have a gun pointed at her head? The former beauty queen, who was stripped of her California title, has a history of fabricating stories, stealing jewelry and a current outstanding warrant for theft in New York. According to news reports, Baylee Curran, the woman who accused Chris Brown of pulling a gun on her, says she doesn't want any more trouble with Brown, or with anyone else. Well, she's getting plenty of trouble as TMZ is digging up less than savory details about her own past.
TMZ is reporting that Curran was stripped of her title as Miss California Regional 2016, in part because nude photos of her surfaced and she reportedly lied to pageant officials, saying the photos weren't of her. TMZ also has reported that Curran is wanted in New York City for questioning, on suspicion of stealing a $1,000 Louis Vuitton purse from another woman at The Plaza hotel. On Tuesday, Curran found herself on the way to becoming a tabloid star, or even a future "Dancing With the Stars" contestant, after she accused Brown of pulling a gun on her.
Her 911 call for help early Tuesday morning set off a bizarre, hours long standoff between Brown and police, outside Brown's Los Angeles home, which ended with Brown's arrest on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon. Chris Brown was released from jail on $250,00 bail. His attorney Mark Geragos said that the allegations against Brown "are demonstrably false."
In an interview with TMZ, Baylee Curran claimed she didn't want anymore trouble, Curran said she had partied with Brown before and went to his house in Tarzana sometime Monday night or early Tuesday morning. She said she went with a friend, spent a little time in the hot tub, then walked back inside where she saw a member of Brown's crew displaying some diamond jewelry.
When Curran admired one particular piece, a diamond necklace, Brown's friend "went nuts" and told her to back off. Brown followed suit by telling her to "get the (expletive) out."
